We currently have a small select flock of hens which produce various colors of eggs including dark brown, light brown, blue, and olive. We are proud of our lovely Orpington hens who produce some of our finest eggs which are consistently gorgeous and in a light tan color with a variety of speckles on them. If you’ve ever hard boiled one of those eggs, then you know how incredible the results are!
We have raised small-flock poultry since the early 1980’s which have brought us incredible enjoyment on so many levels.
